Bill Cipher is without a doubt one of the scariest, most badass villains in Disney history
Honestly though. Bill CIpher is a being without a conscience. He doesn’t care how many lives he’s ruining or what happens to people. It’s all just destroy destroy destroy just for his own entertainment. He’s upbeat and sassy, but at the same time destructive and ruinous, and he’s so erratic that you never know what he’s going to do to you or anything else. It’s a horrific juxtaposition and Bill Cipher is honestly one of the most terrifying villains I have ever seen.
