  24. succulentsandtoebeans said: I get that mindset. When my great grandma went into the old people home I took her most prized flowers. I joked that if those flowers ever died, Grammy would too. She passed away a little before Christmas and sure enough when I finally took them out from wintering them over (I’d moved) they were toast. I was hysterical. I knew better, but my first thought was that she died because I didn’t take good enough care of her flowers. That was at 19, I can’t imagine at 6
